Spaghetti zucchine e acciughe

of my passion for cooking had knowledge of both my fellow students that the current co-workers, in fact, the phrase most popular after a long and busy day was always the same: "We're going to prepare us for something Bonfa good ".
and something good always tried to prepare, with the understanding required to "save time". The pasta is always a solution is greatly appreciated, especially when you can make it appetizing with a few simple ingredients that can be found in all dispensations.



INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g Spaghetti Garofalo No. 40-3
  • 2 zucchini, shallots
  • ;
  • 4 anchovy fillets in oil,
  • 1 lemon;
  • extra virgin olive oil, grated pecorino
  • ;
  • salt

PREPARATION
Melt in a pan anchovies and shallot in olive oil. Cut zucchini into sticks, being careful to take only the green part. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water is not too salty, and two minutes before draining add the zucchini.
Drain pasta and zucchini and stir in the pan with the anchovies. Season the spaghetti with pecorino cheese, sprinkle with the grated rind lemon ... and eat them hot!
