Torta di mele.... (Apple Pie)


Tra tutte è la mia preferita , quella che mi faceva mia nonna, quella che non avrei mai smesso di mangiare, quella torta che ti fa ricordare quelle belle merende di quando eravamo piccoli...


La torta di mele è un classico, ci sono migliaia di ricette, quella che preparo io è quella che mi ha insegnato mia madre, ho dovuto solamente rivedere le grammature visto che non erano ben definite (un bicchiere di latte, tre cucchiai di zucchero, due tazze di farina....) ci siamo capiti, questo è quello che serve:

INGREDIENTI
      
  • 3 mele Golden
  • 125 g of butter / margarine
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 2 / 3 eggs
  • 250 g of flour
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 1 lemon / cinnamon qb
  • a pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking
  • brown sugar to taste

PREPARATION
It begins taking the butter or margarine, I prefer the second, wait a little to melt make it more workable and then start to beat cream with sugar and eggs, then add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (also no).

Now mix the flour with yeast and sieving to avoid lumps, gradually started to join her from time to time by adding milk. At this point grated lemon zest or cinnamon if you prefer, or both.
After mixing all the dough, pour into greased baking pan after it is wrapped with the most practical baking paper and spread it with a spatula making the surface smooth.
Now is the time to prepare the apples after they were peeled, slice the size you want and then place them around the circumference of the cake, making sure the dough into immergele so that, once the yeast dough can be covered in full.
We arrived near the end of preparation, now sprinkle the surface with the sugar cane so that we can get some kind of sugary crust.
We are ready to bake the cake, it should cook for about 50/60 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.
